TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Family Plan: Two children, 11 years old and below, sharing room with adults and not requesting extra bed, are free of accommodation charge, but excluding meals. Rates for children requesting extra bed include breakfast & dinner. Crib for infant is provided free of charge.
2. We require Travel Agents to make reservations, revisions, postponement, amendments and cancellations in writing duly acknowledged by the Resort.
3. We require valid Tour or Service Voucher prior to or upon your guest’s arrival.
4. We reserve the right to release finalized bookings that are not guaranteed by deposit, and to levy charges on bookings that will be cancelled, postponed, revised or amended.
5. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. We are unable to guarantee ready rooms for early arrivals; however, we accommodate them if the rooms are ready for occupancy. Checkout time is 12:00 noon. Request for extension of stay shall be subject to space availability on departure day.
